1. Kindly refrain from consuming alcohol at the wedding venue. 

 

2. Kindly avoid taking photographs and videos as we have our incredible team employed for this task and we’d like everyone present during the ceremony. We will share photographs once they’ve been processed and returned. 

 

3. In the event that you are accompanied by young children, kindly ensure that they are in your line of sight at all times as there is a pool on the property of Winchester Function Venue and we want all children safe.

 

4. Kindly remain within the area of the Monarch Venue as there maybe other functions taking place in other venues on the property. 

 

5. Due to catering purposes we humbly request every guest to RSVP on or by the date provided.

 

6. Your presence is our greatest gift of all. However, if you wish to bless us with a gift, we would appreciate your kindness and contribution in any form towards starting our future together.

 

7. Ample parking is available for guests on the property of Winchester Function Venue.

 

8. The wedding ceremony will be approximately one (1) hour long, followed by a reception, thereafter meals will be provided and you can then take photographs with us to capture our special day.
